You can book appointments for the services shown on the booking page and, where offered, buy products and gift cards. The description, duration and price are shown before you confirm. Your booking is binding once you have received a confirmation.

The booking page and payment solution are provided by Calendia. Your agreement for the services, products and gift cards is with VANITY BEAUTY CLINIC AS.

Prices are shown in NOK and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

If no payment is requested when you book, you pay at your appointment.

Online card payments are processed securely by Calendia Pay, our payment service provider. VANITY BEAUTY CLINIC AS does not receive or store your full card details.

You can cancel or change your appointment using the link in your booking confirmation, or by contacting us.

As a general rule, you can cancel free of charge if you cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment starts. Some services have their own deadline, which is shown when you book.

If you cancel later than this or do not show up, a fee may apply. Fees for late cancellation and no-show are set per service and are shown when you book.

Fees are paid through a payment link that we send you.

If you cancel in time, what you have paid in advance for the appointment is normally refunded. If a service includes products or materials bought or prepared especially for you, that part may not be refundable; this is stated for the service.

If you cancel late or do not show up, VANITY BEAUTY CLINIC AS may keep the part of your advance payment that covers the fee. Any remaining amount is refunded.

If VANITY BEAUTY CLINIC AS has to cancel your appointment, any amount you have paid for it is refunded in full.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will agree on another way to refund you, for example a bank transfer or a gift card. It usually takes 5–10 business days before a refund shows on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Unused products in their original packaging can normally be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase. Some products cannot be returned once opened, for example skincare and other cosmetics, for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer, you also have rights under mandatory consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Services booked for a specific date or time are generally not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Whether a right of withdrawal applies to other purchases, such as products sent to you, depends on the applicable law.

If you have questions about a booking or purchase, or want to make a complaint, please contact VANITY BEAUTY CLINIC AS. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after you noticed the problem.
